All products listed on Mittiraa are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or the handcrafted nature of ceramics.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product

  • Discontinue any product at any time

  • Refuse any order at our discretion

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time.

Payments must be completed at checkout through available payment methods. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Mittiraa is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the fragile nature of our ceramic products, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Incorrect product received

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper video proof.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor variations in design or color

  • Change of mind after purchase

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Mittiraa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
